Fame Kills the Tour… Literally!
The Fame Kills Tour with Kanye West and Lady Satan is dead.
According to CNN, concert promoter Live Nation said Thursday that West’s concert tour with Lady Gaga, titled “Fame Kills,” has been canceled just two weeks after it was announced.
The reason for the cancellation was not revealed.
The three-month, 34-show tour across the United States and Canada was to start next month. Tickets went on sale last week.
Live Nation said people who bought tickets could get refunds at the point of purchase. Tickets purchased online and on the phone will be refunded automatically, the promoter said.

Speaking of the tour, 50 Cent apologized for his comments about the tour to Angie Martinez on Hot97.
“During an interview with Angie Martinez yesterday, certain comments I made were taken entirely out of context. When I referred to the Lady Gaga tour as ‘the gay tour,’ I was basically repeating what I thought she had referred to the tour in the past,” 50 wrote on ThisIs50.com. “It was not my intention to offend anyone. I don’t have a problem with anyone’s lifestyle and have no issue with Lady Gaga. She makes great music.”
