Rihanna’s been handing this whole ‘beatdown’ situation with a little partying I see. Or a whole lot of partying. Rihanna has been seen out every night this week! If she’s moving on… then we all should right?!

While out last night at Hollywood hotspot Bar Delux, she was seen “smiling and flirting” with a group of guys that included Brody Jenner [Lauren Conrad's buddy] although other insiders are saying that it’s actually Brody’s homie, Frankie Delgado, that Rihanna was digging.

She was also recently connected to Wilmer Valderrama… So I guess we are about to play that game now. People can’t wait to report that she’s hooked up with someone else.

Plus, as her new tattoo is such a buzz right now… the tattoo artist speaksreveals on the real meaning behind it.

I think it’s very empowering, very protective,” tattoo artist BangBang, of Eastside Ink in New York, tells E! News exclusively about the singer’s latest marking, under her right armpit. “I think the gun is very strong and very powerful. She had a necklace that had the same little gun on it, and I loved it. I told her she should get it tattooed.”

Despite the violent connotations, BangBang insists the new ink is not a reflection of Rihanna’s recent troubles with Chris Brown.

“I think that if anything did happen with her that the tattoo has nothing to do with it,” he says. “I wasn’t there. I don’t know what happened, but she’s very much herself. She’s very happy, and she loves getting tattoos. I don’t think it has anything to do with it.”

PS… Who ever this “artist” is that used Rihanna’s police photo as art is a weirdo.
